Yang Qinghong (1st R) and her husband (2nd R) celebrate the birthday of an elderly in Yiyuan County of Zibo, east China's Shandong Province, May 27, 2019. Yang Qinghong, a 49-year-old caretaker with disability in Yiyuan County of Zibo, has been dedicated to taking care of the elderly and disabled people. With the help of local government, Yang started rehabilitation and day care centers for elderly people.
